Aspect score. Net-sentiment ratio = (positive mentions − negative mentions) / total mentions of the specific aspect, drawn from each chain's full review pool. Bounded [−1, +1]. Sample-size filter. Chains need at least 200 review mentions of this aspect AND at least 500 total LLM-scored reviews to appear.
