About these leaderboards

Each pillar's score is a net-sentiment ratio: (positive mentions − negative mentions) / total mentions of the aspect, drawn from millions of Google reviews. Scores range from −1 (universally negative) to +1 (universally positive). Chains need at least 200 mentions of the specific aspect to appear on a leaderboard.
