Customer Catchment Report
See where an existing car wash's customers actually live — neighborhood by neighborhood, cohort by cohort — reconstructed entirely from public Google review data. No CRM access, no seller cooperation, no loyalty data required.
One report, four answers
Every report is built from the location's complete public reviewer census — every reviewer, not a sample — and delivered as a single self-contained HTML file.
Neighborhood-level customer map
Census-tract-scale areas labeled with the subdivision names locals actually use, shaded by inferred customers per square mile — with competitor washes, traffic-weighted roads, and distance rings for context.
Trade-area trend by cohort
Median customer distance by first-review year and the distance-band mix by era, so you can see whether the catchment is growing, holding, or tightening — and when it changed.
Top home ZIPs by era
Which ZIP codes supply the customer base, how concentrated it is, and how each ZIP's share has shifted over time.
Written findings
A plain-English read of what the maps show — trade-area boundaries, concentration, competitive absorption — with the method and caveats stated honestly. Findings and evidence only; no investment recommendations.

Send us the location
Order with the wash's Google Maps link or street address. Any existing location with a public review history works — roughly 300+ reviews resolves neighborhood-level; fewer resolves corridor-level.
We build the census
We collect the location's complete public reviewer roster and each reviewer's public review history, then infer customer home areas with the same model behind our published studies.

See a real one first
The sample is a complete, real report on a Plano, TX wash — all 1,627 reviewers censused, 1,092 customer homes inferred, and a decade of trade-area contraction made visible. What you see is what you get.
Evaluating the whole site, not just its customers?
The Location Diligence Report covers the full market: capacity by format, every competitor, the supply pipeline, and an interactive sensitivity model — $300 per site.
Method & fine print
Customer home areas are inferred from the public review histories of the location's Google reviewers: each reviewer's non-travel review locations are clustered, and the densest cluster's center becomes their estimated home area — aggregated to census-tract-scale neighborhoods, never to addresses or individuals. Cohorts are anchored to the year each reviewer first reviewed the location, which is what makes the time-series views possible.
Reviewers are a biased sample of customers (they skew toward engaged, satisfied, digitally active people), counts are relative density rather than customer totals, and early-cohort estimates are noisier than recent ones. Every report states these caveats explicitly. All data is public; all outputs are aggregates. Reports present findings, evidence and open questions only — no investment recommendations.
