            "text": "I stopped in to have my truck washed on 7-2-25. The lady who initiated my transaction at the gate apparently signed me up for a membership. She did not ask if I wanted the membership and did it without my knowledge. I only found out about it the following day when I got a text from Whitecap, welcoming me to my new membership. The recurring cost is $39.99 per month. I have been using this carwash for a few months, but I will never return. They do not have a phone to reach them. Good luck if you ever need to contact them."
