Tore off the back window of my 25 Silverado Leer Cap, filled out an incident report, no phone call, so I went to ask about having it replaced and the manger was rude and said we do not cover this kind of damage and walked away. I am canceling 2 subscriptions immediately. FYI if your truck has a cap, the carwash will rip the back glass right off your truck, and they will not cover it....."

The workers were rude when I complained and displayed poor customer service skills. I ended up going to the spray and wash and removed the snow in under a minute."
