I pay for a monthly subscription that has 3 vehicles on it. I spend over $100/month for car washes and this guy had the nerve to not only tell me i couldn’t throw my trash away (which is not written anywhere given they provide trash cans for what’s in your car) but he then took down "

But he gave me a card with the email address so I can email. I don't understand why you can take money but can't refund it and you can't answer the phone. So unprofessional. During the car wash process, I discovered that the black cloth hanging from above had removed my windshield blade. Upon realizing what had occurred, I turned on my windshield wiper to confirm my observation. I was broken off. As soon as the car wash was over, I immediately proceeded to the office to report the incident and retrieve my windshield wiper, which was found to be completely broken off and left in the car wash. He cracked my windshield in several places on the driver's side from how hard he hits it. White paint chips are stuck in the glass from the mop he uses. I went to the cash wash twice in 2 days and he it hard everytime. I tried speaking with management about it but they don't value their customers."
