When I call the phone number listed, it's an automated answering service and you can't speak directly to an associate. Buyer beware. Edited - I was contacted and told I was charged for the most expensive wash they offer. One of the employees did everything on the touch screen for me. I explicitly said I wanted the $10 car wash and he checked me out for the $30 car wash. I drive a 20 year old car and I was ONLY going through the wash to use the vacuum cleaners, I could "
