Not once did we ever miss a payment for the membership not once were we ever late on our payment. This past weekend took my Cadillac to get washed. They had a new team member guiding me into the bay. As he was guiding me, my driver front tire hit the bar damaging my tire. As soon as my car hit I jumped out pointed it out to the employee. They did mention he was new.
