The wash malfunctioned while my vehicle was going through, and an employee had to drive my car off the tracks because it stopped working. It was inconvenient and unprofessional. I paid for the Platinum Wash which included a vacuum service and paid additionally for tire shine. The vacuuming was not done properly, and I actually had to remind them to do the tire shine because they were about to send me off without it. To make matters worse, no refund or compensation was offered for the inconvenience or the issue they experie"
