Unfortunately, I did not catch this until the following day due to coming through here after a 12 hour work-shift then going home. The 2nd scratch cut down to the metal. I used a touch up pen to patch it. I think the crew here is fantastic, the only issue is the wash itself, if you're unfortunate can scratch up your vehicle. I've only had this vehicle for 3 weeks. It was a major disappointment to have this happen.
