Spoke to worker he took a damage report, pictures and going to forward to RJ. I had to call him back several days later and we discussed back and forth. We met last time 9-15 and he showed me a video to try to confirm no fault. His video was dated 9-4 (wrong date) and my car came into car wash and video died. And my car always comes out with dirt bubbles and spots all over. Most times I have to go through the car wash twice.             "text": "This past Saturday on 2/28/26, I went through the car wash and my truck was only washed on one side. I went back to the cashier and she let me in the car wash again. The second time I went through the car wash-same thing. The car wash only washed my truck on one side and this time I had a lot of water spots on my truck. I just find it assuming that everyone’s car was thoroughly washed, except for mines. I paid $10 and I would like a refund. I won’t be coming back to your establishment nor your other locations because this was poor service."

RJ the manager was less than helpful, happy go lucky when you're there but if you have an issue the customer service quickly turns south! After being a quick pass member for a multiple years I couldn’t cancel my membership fast enough. “Quick pass” brings a whole new meaning."
