Many customers report that the wash often fails to deliver on the advertised results — paying for a “full” wash only to have dirt, tar, and grime still visibly present afterward, including neglected undercarriage areas and inadequate drying Worse yet, a significant number of patrons describe incidents of vehicle damage (scratched rims, broken components like windshield wipers) that they believe occurred in the tunnel, with staff seemingly accustomed to address"
