            "text": "Worst car wash experience!!! This place is always closed during working hours when I try to get a quick wash. It feels like a tactic to save money at the expense of customers with monthly subscriptions. Maintenance and cleaning should be done outside of business hours, not when customers are trying to use the service. The wash quality is poor, and the staff is often rude. I'm canceling my membership and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

First off, the good stuff! The normal employees, excellent, the automatic wash, great, the vacuums and towels, etc. Awesome! That's why there are 2 stars here. What's wrong you might ask? The self wash bays. I don't use the wash tunnel because they leave swirls in my paint. Instead I use the self wash bays. However, they are literally always broken. The brush doesn't work because the hose is always broken. There is no we"
