            "text": "After having used this car wash for over a year I unexpectectly had a bad experience. During the wash process a rear door panel was ripped off by one of their machines. After making up a report management refused to do anything about it as my car was older than 10 years. I am now left with a hefty bill to replace the part. Talking to my garage they mentioned that I was already number 3 this week with damage. Despite the fact that this car wash is cheap, damaging your car ends up being very costly ! Don't go there !"
