We use to pay $8 just last year for the basic and cleaned so much better. The employees working are always on their phone and only one gets up to kinda spray the foam on the car and swipe at the car with the brush. Before, two employees would actually wipe down your front and back mirrors and hood to actually clean and get the grime off. We had a membership but will not be renewing. So frustrating to increase price and downgrade in quality."
