            "text": "I’ve had a membership for over a year but just cancelled it due to a horrible experience. The wash and dry quality were very mediocre, and my car never came out clean. Another issue is that they constantly stop you to ask a bunch of questions when you drive up. I don’t want to talk to anyone; I just need my car washed. I am done with this service."
