Overspray on dashboard and seats that they didn't clean. Had puddles from where they cleaned the mats (weathertech) and just tossed them in the car. It really wasn't to busy so they should have been able to take some tim on it. You pay $39 for the ultimate wash and expect better service. I gave them an extra chance and they blew it.... I'll need to find a new place or it's warming up so I'll do it myself"

I payed the ultimate wash and when the truck was ready I asked one of the workers if they could clean it a little bit more because the job was not done right. They said they couldn't do more since they had to talk to their manager. When the manager came out, hist attitude was of the most unacceptable. I told him I was a regular customer of the location of Huntley. And the guys from there always do a great service. He responded with an imposing attitude. He told me he was the manager of all Eddi"

Today I got them the tip when I realized that it’s not clean inside and ask to do it then when I checked it was almost the same … didn’t have the time to get inside and ask for my money back or to talk to the manager since I had my kids with me !!!!!!!             "text": "29 Jan 25: Well I've dropped my rating to 1 star :( I went early (0800) the front of my car was dirty (noticed when I got home) and my mats had pools of water. I asked the manager if they have a blower for the mats (I saw the guy just bang them together and put them in the car), and he said \"No, just towels\". I even paid the guy a tip. For $38, def not with it. (See posted photos). If I need to do a top down quality check and call the manager each time, it's not worth it.
