Went to get a car war and a husky guy with a goatee (apparently the manager) was checking people in. He was talking to a girl with California plates for 5 to 10 minutes, just bullshiting. He could have waved me bye or checked me in and got me into the empty queue at the carwash but instead he stood there talking away thinking he can get away with what"

We came here and payed $14 for a wash and and the end of the wash the whole thing shut down and we didn’t get through the part that dries you car off. I asked the man if I can have a refund or something he looked confused and he was pretty rude and said “generally” he wouldn’t give anything out but he gave me a free car wash pass. How is the car wash shutting down the customers problem. I’d hope they would give everyone a refund or a free wash if that happens again. Wouldn’t recommend this location."

I used and liked the car wash for that month. Later noticed my front license plate was mangled. I declined purchasing anymore carwashes as we were going into winter months. When spring rolls around again if I can find a way to fix and ensure my plate doesn't get ill effected, I might purchase more car washs. Just noticed they have been using my cc and charging me for each month since Oct w/out my consent to purchase. Why would"

The vacuums are not strong enough and I’ve repeatedly noticed soap residue left inside my doors after washes. My girl notices soap on her sunroof After visiting another car wash with much better vacuums, it’s hard to justify coming back. This place has potential, but management should focus more on quality control, customer service and equipment maintenance."
