I don’t know what happened since but the car cleaning went from good to OK.. there was always dirt and residue inside so they need to be more thorough vacuuming. Also the cancellation experience was poor. I tried negotiating over email regarding our subscription after I tried canceling the day that it was renewed (despite a month of paying them and not using their service). Similar to many other reviews, the man who works there tried to swindle me into getting my own membership. At first he said I would get my own sticker for a dollar and I kept asking him for clarification. Am I adding myself onto my partner’s account, are you trying to get me to start my own?
