            "text": "Employees (especially Larry and Mandy) here are great but the owner was less kind (a jerk really) when I talked to him about the effect of not drying has on service offerrings but my car as well. It is still dirty and full of spots. I also always have to get out and push my mirrors back out. Not only did customers loose a service with no deduct in price but the employees took a huge hit on the amount if tips they were making. The owner seemed to not care one bit. I would not recommend this car wash at all."

            "text": "I only use Cals car wash because it’s close to home. Am I happy with the service? No My car is never completely clean when I exit. Update: my wife just used Cals and I was disgusted at how filthy it still was. She said they were busy and rushed the cars through to keep up. Very very poor service, doesn’t even deserve one star ! Update: So I gave Cals another chance, sorry I did! Halfway through everything broke down, as I eventually exited one of the workers said to come through again where the same thing happened again. Today I attempted to go through, just as before it broke down and I ended"

One of our family friends was sprayed with the power washer because she asked for re-wash after her car did not come out clean. She is very nice and was not rude. The person wasn’t even fired. Cal’s needs a serious lesson on customer service and what it means."
