When I picked it up I had to have them come out and look at glaring deficiencies such as parts not vacuumed and chunky residue left on the seats e that I paid extra to have conditioned. I had to leave it with them for another 20 minutes and when I went back to swap out for my daughter’s vehicle to be cleaned I had to get them again because they hadn’t wiped or vacuumed dirt out of the cargo space.
