Half of the soap options in the bay don’t work and the spot free rinse didn’t work either, leaving my car COVERED in water spots that I now have to wipe off with detail spray at home. I will never return here and don’t recommend that anyone else does either. It’s hard to get a good picture, but that’s the best I can do. My car is also ceramic coated by me once per year, so this is extra bad."

The black gentleman that assisted on the outside was great, however when i was inside there were young white males yelling and jumping around and acting very unprofessional. The quality of the wraps and washes is very inconsistent — I often leave with my vehicle still not fully clean, which defeats the purpose of a membership. Equipment also seems to be frequently out of service or not working properly, which slows everything down. Customer service has been one of the biggest issues.
